Campus Regina Public to Reopen in September 2021!

FEBRUARY 9, 2021 -- Regina Public Schools will once again be offering a full selection of career pathway opportunities for Grades 11 and 12 students through Campus Regina Public (CRP). Because of COVID protocols during the 2020-21 school year, CRP was temporarily closed and opened its doors to provide a space for eSchool K to Grade 12 teachers to facilitate online learning and instruction. We are happy to announce that our CRP teachers will be dusting off the table saws, powering back up the lights, firing up the hair dryers and accepting rusty Pontiac Sunfires for the 2021-22 school year.

Pink Day 2021

FEBRUARY 9, 2021 -- School divisions across Saskatchewan will celebrate Pink Day on Wednesday, February 24, 2021.

Pink Day started in 2007, when a Grade 9 student in Cambridge, Nova Scotia was bullied by classmates for wearing a pink shirt to school. Taking notice, two students rallied their peers to send a message to the bullies. The next day, the halls were filled with students in pink T-shirts.

Pink Day started because two boys chose to do something about bullying rather than stand by and watch it happen. Now the movement is worldwide, educating and inspiring others to stand together to create an environment of anti-bullying, inclusion, belonging and respect.

Blended Learning Tips for Students & Parents

COVID-19 has brought many challenges for students, teachers and families as we all try to work together in order to provide the best learning environment possible amidst changing conditions.

The move to Level 3 protocols for Regina Public High Schools and the implementation of the Alternate Day School Calendar has forced all of us to adapt to a different way of teaching and learning in a blended education model.

See below links to valuable information that will provide tips for students and parents on how to find the most success within a blended learning model.
