Dear Parents/Guardians,
Parent-Student-Teacher interviews for Martin Collegiate that will take place on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Martin Collegiate will again be using the Regina Public Schools Conference Manager. The Regina Public Schools Conference Manager https://reginapublic.schoolsoft.com is a web-based scheduling application. This application allows you, as a parent/guardian, to schedule a Three- Way conference with a PRIDE teacher.
Conference Manager opens to parents/guardians on March 15, 2024 at 8 a.m. and closes on March 26 at 6 p.m.
If you are unable to book an appointment on the designated Three-Way Conference date of Wednesday, March 27, 2024, contact your child’s PRIDE teacher via phone or email to arrange an alternate time for a Three-Way Conference.
Regardless of whether a parent/guardian can attend the Three-Way Conference in-person, all students will be expected to meet with their PRIDE teacher on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 to review their progress in classes, update credit checks, review the myBlueprint education planner, and discuss post-secondary plans with our Grade 12 students.
Wednesday, March 27, 2024 is the designated date that has been set aside by Regina Public Schools for our teachers to meet with you. We encourage all parents/guardians to meet with their child’s PRIDE teacher on this day.
Please continue to stay informed and up-to-date with your child’s progress by using the online student information portal Edsby (https://martincollegiate.rbe.sk.ca/new_portal) on a regular basis throughout the school year.
