Registration


Registration forms can be submitted electronically to martincollegiate@rbe.sk.ca or dropped off at the main office.  If you have questions regarding registration, please contact the main office by email or by calling (306)523-3450.  

 

Registration Requirements

Registration must be done by the parent/legal guardian and the student must live within the attendance boundaries for Martin Collegiate. 

Transferring from another Regina Public School: You must provide proof of address that you live within the attendance boundaries for Martin Collegiate.  Proof of address must be demonstrated by providing current legal documents showing parent/guardian name and address, such as a signed lease agreement or home ownership papers.  Please contact the office if you have questions about the proof of address requirement.

Transferring from another school division or province: Student’s birth certificate or passport, original transcripts (Grade 10-12 students only), and proof of address are required to complete the registration.

Transferring from outside of Canada (non-citizens): Please contact the Newcomer Welcome Centre to begin the registration process. Please contact nwc@rods.sk.ca by email or (306) 352-3500 by phone.


Registration for the Regular Program for 2023-2024 School Year

Grade 9 Registration

Feeder School Students: Grade 8 students at Rosemont, Walker, McLurg, and Buck will receive a registration form and presentation in March.  Registration forms will be collected by the elementary school and forwarded to Martin Collegiate.   

Students from Other Schools: If your child doesn’t attend one of Martin’s feeder schools and you wish to register your child in Grade 9 at Martin Collegiate for the 2023-2024 school year, please download and complete the Regina Public Schools High Registration Form and the Martin Collegiate Grade 9 course selection form.   Please see the Registration Requirements for information about attendance boundaries.

Grade 10-12 Registration

Students Currently Attending Martin: Current Martin Collegiate students will complete registration through PRIDE. These documents can help students and parents choose classes.   For questions regarding post-secondary admission, it is recommended that students meet with a guidance counsellor.

Students Not Currently Attending Martin: If you wish to register your child at Martin for upcoming 2023-2024 school year, please download and complete the Regina Public Schools High School Registration Form and the Martin Collegiate Grade 10-12 Course Selection Form (or come to main office in-person). Please see the Registration Requirements for information about attendance boundaries.

Registration for the Martin Academy Program for 2024-2025 School Year

First click Here to check your address. If your address does not fall within the attendance boundaries for Martin Collegiate, please fill out and submit an exemption form along with a registration form to martincollegiate@rbe.sk.ca by mail, or in-person.

Applications for the Martin Academy program for the 2024-2025 school year will be accepted starting on January 15, 2024 and ending on March 15, 2024.  Interested applicants are strongly urged to click HERE to read the application guidelines to learn more about program specifics and admission.  Please click HERE to read more about the Martin Academy program.
