What You Need to Submit for Registration:
- School Registration Form (always required)
- Course Selection Form (always required)
- Proof of Address (always required)
- School Exemption Form (Only required when the student lives outside Martin Collegiate's attendance boundary)
- Legal Identification Document (Only required when the student has never attended a school in Saskatchewan previously)
*Newcome Welcome Centre Process (Only required when the student has transferred from outside of Canada)
Registration Requirements
Registration must be done by parent/legal guardian(s) and the student must live within the attendance boundary for Martin Collegiate.
Transferring from another Regina Public School: You must provide proof of address that you live within the attendance boundaries for Martin Collegiate. Proof of address must be demonstrated by providing current legal documents showing parent/guardian name and address, such as a signed lease agreement or home ownership papers. Please contact the office if you have questions about the proof of address requirement.
Transferring from another school division or province: Student’s birth certificate or passport, original transcripts (Grade 10-12 students only), and proof of address are required to complete the registration.
Transferring from outside of Canada (non-citizens): Please contact the Newcomer Welcome Centre to begin the registration process. Please contact nwc@rods.sk.ca by email or (306) 352-3500 by phone.
Academy Program Registration Instructions for 2025-2026
Applications for the Martin Academy program for the 2025-2026 school year will be accepted starting on February 3, 2025 and ending on April 17, 2025. Interested applicants are strongly urged to click here to read the application guidelines to learn more about program specifics and admission.
Click here to check your address attendance boundaries. If your address does not fall within the attendance boundaries for Martin Collegiate, please fill out and submit the Student Enrolment Exemption Application form, along with a Martin Academy Application Program form.

Form(s) should be printed, completed and submitted via email to martinacademy@rbe.sk.ca
Form(s) can also be dropped off or mailed to Martin's main office at 1100 McIntosh St. Regina, SK.
No other documents are needed at this time (i.e. driver's license, passport, birth certificates).
Please DO NOT submit applications prior to Monday, February 3, 2025.
