IMPORTANT DATES 

Please pay all school fees and return Library books and textbooks prior to finals.

June 3rd - Prom Guest Paperwork deadline has passed

June 7th  until 16th purchase Prom tickets ($40.00 ea.) from the main office. 

Cap and Gown Tickets have been distributed through PRIDEs.  We will consider requests for additional tickets at this time, but seating is still limited and as such can not be guaranteed. Please send your request to Ms. Hutton.

June 27th 1pm - Cap and Gown rehearsal and Gown Pick Up at the TURVEY CENTRE (100 Armour Road)

June 28th

  • 10am Cap and Gown Ceremony
  • 6:30 Grande March Parents present for photos
  • 7pm - 11pm Prom Graduates and Guests only.

CAP AND GOWN CEREMONY

All grade 12 students in Saskatchewan must have 24 credits (includes compulsory courses at each grade) in order to complete their Grade 12 and participate in this year's Cap and Gown Ceremony. If you have questions about your son/daughter’s credit count, please call the school and check with the PRIDE teacher or the Vice Principal.

  • Only students who have completed the required 24 credits participate in the Cap and Gown ceremony

  • Students pick up their graduation cap and gown at dress rehearsal on 1pm Monday June 27th at the TURVEY CENTRE. Attending derss rehearsal is not optional.

  • Doors open for family and guests at 9:30. All guests must have a ticket. Each student had an opportunity to request as many as they thought they needed and the venue was changed to accomodate families wishes. Please only take tickets that you know you will need and the office will redistribute any extras as best they can.

  • The front row will be reserved for is reserved for family to take photos.  Please return to your seats after you have photographed your graduate.

  • Please return gowns to your PRIDE Teacher no later than 30 minutes after the end of the ceremonies. Report cards will also be given to students at this time.
